David Edmonds BA. ACMA, Senior Accountant and Business Consultant

• Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA)
• BA in Management & Business Administration (University of Reading)
• Certified Public Accountant (ACPA)

David spent over 10 years working in Finance, Accountancy and Business Information Divisions in a number of Multinationals. His roles in that time have included:

• Divisional Accountant at France Telecom GlobalOne.
• Senior Global Business and Finance Analyst at MCI
• I.T Systems Accountant at General Motors

David has also led strategic business projects for Veritas Software, NTL and The Prudential as well as working in practise.

Outside work David enjoys raising money for charity and has raised over £9,000 for good causes so far. He is also a black belt in Judo and head coach at Reading University. David also enjoys reading and travelling.

Robert Edmonds, Payroll Manager

• Telecommunications Full Technical Certificate (City and Guilds)
• Highly Proficient in Sage and Quickbooks Packages

Rob spent over 25 years working for BT in a variety of Senior Technical, Managerial, IT and Financial Control roles. Since leaving BT Rob has spent 10 years working as a Bookkeeper and Business Manager for a variety of businesses as well as providing IT Solutions in the form of:

• Database Design, management and support
• Business process automation and re-engineering
• Use of Microsoft and Specialist Applications to maximise Business efficiency
• Website Design

Rob's accomplishments include the development and support of RASC a national appointments Database used by the charity Relate.

Away from work Rob enjoys raising money for charity and going on holidays.

Nathan Cook, Senior Account Manager and Bookkeeper

Nathan has spent over ten years in various financial control and managerial positions with Multinational Companies including Laithwaites, the world's leading independent wine company and BOCM Pauls, the UK's largest animal food manufacturer. Nathan joined Edmonds Accountancy in 2005 as Senior Account Manager.

Outside work Nathan enjoys watching sport and travelling.

Laura Dixon BSc. MSc, Account Manager

Since completing a Bachelors degree at the University of Reading and a Masters degree at the University of Essex, Laura has worked for both SMEs and multinationals in a variety of managerial and financial control roles. Laura has a proven record for providing an excellent level of service to clients and received an award for outstanding performance in her last role at Quintiles, the world's largest clinical research organisation. Laura joined Edmonds Accountancy in 2006.

Away from work Laura enjoys holidays, horse riding and long walks with her 2 dogs.

Sam Hoggard BSc, Account Manager

Sam joined Edmonds Accountancy in 2006 directly from University. He is currently studying for the ACCA qualification.

Away from Accountancy, Sam is a keen footballer and cyclist.

Matthew Brundell BSc, I.T. Consultant

• BSc in Computer Science (University of Reading)
• Qualified Software developer (Microsoft)

Matthew undertakes bespoke I.T. projects for our clients on an ad hoc basis.

Matt is also a black belt in Judo and enjoys competing in Judo tournaments in his spare time.

Tom Haynes BSc, Administrator

Tom joined Edmonds Accountancy team in 2008 as part of our office administration team.

A keen sportsman, in his spare time Tom enjoys playing for the Henley Hawks Rugby team.
