LBS - Financial Support for Schools

Company History

LBS was founded in September 2011 and is based in Reading. The company was formed as a result from schools requests for good Financial Support in the Reading Area. Our excellent reputation has been achieved via word of mouth with schools recognising our professionalism and bespoke services. We are steady growing and now employ two casual staff to help provide an excellent Bursar Cover Service.

  • Bursar Cover

    The aim of the service is to provide schools with emergency School Business Manager/Bursar cover due to key staff absences or gaps in employment between leaving and starting of personnel. Schools purchasing annual Finance Support Package have priority to this service.

  • Financial Support

    This service is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday during term time, with a reduced level of service in school holidays which will be notified in advance. Please note voice mail service may operate during certain times. However, every effort will be made to return any voice mail messages before the end of that working day.

  • Events & Conferences

    Our sessions are lively and interactive and very informative and last approximately 2 hours. They also provide an ideal opportunity for delegates to ask questions and learn from each other’s experiences.

  • Adhoc Services

    The aim of the service is to provide schools with emergency School Business Manager/Bursar cover due to key staff absences or gaps in employment between leaving and starting of personnel.
